This evidence often means imaging of artificial constructs such as structures massed into concentrated locations comparable to cities similar to but definitely not always visually looking the same as we are familiar with here on Earth. A structure the size of a 15-20 story building as seen from far above normally can't be seen in the official 100% resolution and is still very tiny at maximum discernible zoom factors, so gear expectations accordingly. This evidence is definitely the object of secrecy and so this is a record full of pervasive obfuscation tactics. No evidence escapes this completely, so visually compromised evidence and reporting on image tampering is unavoidable.
