The imaging in the limited poor resolutions made available to us is normally far too obfuscated to see anything like a normal size large tree we might be familiar with here on Earth, must less anything smaller than that, so keep expectations realistic. Further, a great deal of this evidence is unique to Mars and unfamiliar to the Earth human eye making it difficult to recognize. What can be more practically seen are massed forests of vegetation and other strange looking Mars forest life covering broad areas as differentiated from the geological terrain they sit in. Incredible rare exceptions are gigantic individual plant looking life forms also seen here. This type of old growth evidence, normally being naturally intertwining and mixed together physically and visually, especially when seen from a great distance above, is often quite subtle requiring very close and careful examination to reveal its true identity. Such variety of life in open environs and flourishing is ultra important because its existence along with liquid surface water is key to the presence of a breathable atmosphere and the likelihood of other life on this planet.
