The Planetary Truth Project (PTP) is a grass roots movement and a mechanism of change. That is if enough people can identify with its vision and goals and find themselves motivated enough to be determined to join together and do something to achieve change.

Its base presumption is that the science satellite and rover planetary exploration imaging data, in the form released for public consumption, is not the true real raw science data at all but material heavily obfuscated to hide truth and that the true science data is held somewhere in secrecy for exposure only to select people. For any hesitant to believe that this is possible, take a look at THIS PAGE with some of the most obvious samples of this visual obfuscation present in the officially released science data. The next presumption is that this is both wrong and illegal treatment of what is in fact public property paid for by public money. Another is that, regardless of legalities, this situation will not change on a voluntary basis by those involved in the secrecy and that only pressure brought to bear on them will alter this.

So the initial goal of the Planetary Truth Project is to bring this situation into increasingly greater mainstream media, public and leadership awarenes and scrutiny around the world and then focus these increasing numbers on pressuring the secrcy agenda types associated with this obfuscation to release the real true data for public analysis. Now the first, second and third level of priority will be on achieving truth here, not focusing on retribution and driving secrecy types into a survival defensive posture. In fact, they are welcome to voluntarily come onboard this movement and be part of it.

In the beginning, this movement will be fueled primarily by the surface water, biological life, and intelligent life growing discovery verifiable evidence record here at this website coming from Mars and the Moon clearly suggesting that we are not alone in our planetary environment. The movement will be initially populated by open minded independent thinking people around the world who track this evidence with the desire and determination to get at the truth. These will be people that can correlate new potentially life changing information and come to their own conclusions about that information without their requiring being told what to think and do by others. As such, it will be a unique community from all walks of life with no country boundaries.

So open objective Independent thought and solid common sense are the primary requisites regardless of how someone came by those qualities or who they are or where they are in the world. Along these lines, consider the following words of wisdom.

As already stated but worth repeating, the shorter term purpose of the PTP movment and its members will be to actively see that this growing evidence record reaches deeper and deeper into mainstream public awareness making sure that the public has at least the chance to take a look at it and the chance to assess its implications, if they will. Just remember, if some individuals strongly resist reviewing this evidence record or taking it seriously, that is their right. It is likely fear and uncertainty on their part. This movement's members should be prepared to recognize this, respect it, and back off. Overly aggressive tactics are unproductive and unacceptable. This is all about free will and choice on all sides and aggressive intimidation tactics have no place in it.

In these beginning stages, the tactical methodology of this movement will be two fold. First is to help get this evidence information before more and more people in the mainstream public for their consideration and doing so via applying pressure on the media to bring it increasingly to the attention of their viewers. Second is via this growth in public awareness process to focus more and more public pressure on governmental political leadership and through them on the secrecy agenda to abandon their secrecy, join us, and specifically to produce the real unobfuscated planetry exploration science data and the true information that it contains for public consideration.

Via the initial media pressure process, a percentage of new people will come onboard the PTP movement adding to the numbers that will in turn apply more and more effective pressure to the media in a circular self reinforcing process. Expect plenty of resistance on all fronts but just stick obdurately with it and keep relentlessly applying the pressure over and over again on the media. Don't worry, the mountain will gradually move once they understand the level of commitment demonstrated and the growing numbers involved.

Now don't waste your time and energy contacting NASA or JPL, the science or academic communities, the intelligence or defense communites, or for that matter initially political leaders. All you will encounter there is lack of interest, apathy and stonewalling. For the most part most leadership may be considered special interest types. Even when they are not actively part of secrecy, and the great bulk of them aren't, they excel primarily at maintaining the status quo and are not responsive to change of any kind. That is unless they eventually come to see that what ever is happening may at some point impact their own self interests. Remember that, when left alone to their own resources, their personal self interest rarely coincides with the interests of populations and often comes at the expense of populations.

If populations want their interests to be seriously considered and a serious factor in your country and world affairs, then we must band together and make our collective voice heard in no uncertain terms. Failure to do so encourages and literally creates the fertile ground for special interest elitism and predatory behavior feeding on the apathy and ignorance of populations much like unrealistic prohibition laws here in the USA created the rise of well financed gangster lawless behavior. Who do you blame, the gangsters, the population who enabled it, or both? In such a scenario, populations through abdication of their own responsibility and thereby dropping the ball become just about as much at fault for the negative consequences as those picking up the ball and pursuing their own self interests.

Once it is being effective, the secondary goal of the Planetary Truth Project movement is to focus a significant portion of the population's growing collective attention on the issue of full truth and an end to planetary exploration secrecy. The longer term goal is full access to the already existant true and real exploration data that is already the public's property by law here in the USA and what ever full information that it contains as opposed to the placebo material so far released to us reinforcing our ignorance. This will be the tipping point at which the growing population numbers began to focus off of the media and onto political leaders demanding their action in this regard.

When that happens and if the unobfuscated evidence as expected confirms that we are not alone in our greater planetary environment, this movement with its collection of open minded individuals able to exercise common sense and think outside the box may evolve and branch off into a second stage future movement as yet with no formal identity. The goal of this second stage movement will be to have a real general population representative presence in any planet wide contact scenario with any others should they prove to be present and that includes the formulation of world affairs. So think about and consider this longer range likelihood.

This is the overall vision but there are many first steps to get there. First the general population has to become aware that there is solid strong evidence to suggest such an issue and the need to deal with it. The evidence record here at this website is a good place to start but many in the general population will need to see even more very obvious easier to recognize evidence and plenty of it for them to consider going against their historical herd status quo conditioning.

Now to this end I have saved my best Mars surface water and biological life discoveries for inclusion in my first book of evidence and in sufficient numbers to be impressive and not easily dismissed. The addition of this very high qualilty and even better book evidence to the ongoing website evidence record is the core ammunition needed for the movement to form around where the Planetary Truth Project can begin its work with an expectation of better effectiveness.

So, what I am suggesting at this early stage is that all who can identify with this vision and want to become involved be patient and wait for this book and its evidence to be released in a few months and its images posted here at the website. When this material is fully available and you've had a chance to examine this evidence and only if it meets with your hopes and expectations, then get behind the entire evidence record and we'll start the pressure on the media giving them something really impressive enough to seriously consider and work with in showing their viewers. Don't worry, when the book is released, so to will there appear methods here for implementing the pressure on the media to make it easier for you. Just keep a look out for that here.

As the media gradually begins to respond to the pressure after their period of conditioned and expected resistance, more and more people will be coming onboard the Planetary Truth Project applying pressure to the media and then more and more media will respond. As this circular self reinforcing process takes place, it will of course increasingly come to the attention of most of those special interest groups named above in varying degrees and they will eventually with little choice be drawn in to dealing with it and with us. In other words, instead of waiting for the self interest types to provide the leadership benefiting populations that rarely or never comes, we'll provide the leadership ourselves in a new model that points the way and it will be up to the special interests to follow or be left behind in the dust.

Now, as tempting as it is to pursue, this movement is not about blame and head hunting or heads rolling for past addictions to self interest and secrecy. None of our hands are historically clean in that regard and we need to be cautious about casting stones. So those interested in primarily backward focussing on that too much should perhaps seek other associations for such purposes. This is all about keeping forward focused on obtaining the necessary knowledge and truth as to our greater planetary environment and eventually interacting with that truth and greater environment as needed without being distracted into other avenues.

On the other hand, as this movement and its mass numbers surge foward toward the truth with all the momentum that comes with that, those addicted to power, secrecy, and obfuscation would be well advised to not rigidly try to stand in the way too much and put yourselves at risk. In other words, there are no free passes here. Rather you can demonstrate your future worth by helping facilitate this process of banishing our collective ignorance on these matters. If so, you are welcome to join us moving forward. This movement is not about the past and milk spilt, it is all about obdurate focus on the future and stepping up to it.

Likewise, this movement will likely evolve to meet many different future population needs and so it has a long term existence aspect. I am an older fellow who obviously will not be around this movement too much beyond its initial stages. That means that other leaders will need to step up within the movement in the earlier stages and not look for me to solely serve this purpose.

Also, along the way there will no doubt be subtle attempts to infiltrate this movement with the goal of later bending and corrupting it to other's wills and likely away from the truths targeted here. We must expect this and always be on guard against it as well as any attempt to manipulate the movement via our emotions and passions. Strong emotional reactions always tend to negate reasoning capacity leaving one vulnerable to outside manipulation and control placing success in jeapordy. So self control, restraint, and obdurate focus are going to be much valued and needed qualities.

Now, if they are there, it is theoretically entirely possible that others not of Earth may wish to become involved and interact with us at some point. If so and their goals are peaceful and positive, all constructive and helpful input and participation is welcome. If that starts beginning to take shape, a requirement within the movement is that a lot of self restraint, tolerance and reason be in strong evidence with reactionism restrained to a minimum. The movement must never allow itself to be distracted into loosing sight of its primary goals.

In any case, this is the general road map for the start of the Planetary Truth Project© and its journey. Those objective independent thinkers that can identify with its vision and purpose and who wish to be a part of this are very welcome. It is a start for populations to do something about helping themselves rather than waiting for others to do something that never comes. Further, I suspect that what we are starting here in this new model is profound in the Earth human historical experience and may represent the kind of Earth humanity growth others watching may be waiting to see from us. Yes, it will be a journey of discovery for us all.
