ABOUT US
When evidence is drawn right from the official
science data, verifiable there, and thereby tough to criticize directly, a
typical alternative tactic is to question the originator's personal qualifications
to do such work. By casting dispersions on the originator, you infer that
his work is also problematic. The presumption is that only trained scientists
should be doing such work. Skipper agrees that scientists should be doing
this work but strongly disagrees that only they can do it. Further, his position
is that debate needs to focus on the visual evidence rather than on the orginator.
Evidence and its verifiability is the only thing that counts.
The truth is that with increased formal training comes a presumption of certain
information that may or may not be actual accurate fact but theory based on
assumptions. Unfortunately, with formal training also comes conditioning that
too often does not tolerate questioning the consensus view now thought to
be "fact" when it is not. In Skipper's opinion, all that is really
required for a great deal of this work is reasonable intelligence, objectivity,
learning ability, common sense, the willingness to question, and the interest
and motivation to follow through.
In any case, here is J. P. Skipper's bio set here in the third person for
any who wish to know it and/or repeat it for others.

J. P. Skipper was born in 1942 and graduated
with a BS degree with honors from Florida State University in 1968. He and
his wife Sandi were married in 1965 and spent the next 46+ years together
with no children. J. P. confirms that Sandi was the light of his life and
that they were very close. However, sadly, she prematurely passed away of
cancer on 2/14/2011 and he admits that it's been emotionally tough going for
him ever since.
J. P. was an insurance investigator of some 30+ years experience and licensed
in all lines. He managed insurance offices as an independent, was Claims Manager
for a large insurance company, and finally started up his own independent
investigation company which he later sold at a profit to return home to north
central Florida to take care of widowed mothers now deceased.
A person of wide ranging interests and an explorer at heart, he has always
followed space exploration since a boy. In fact, he lived through America's
space exploration efforts from its beginnings but normally viewing it from
the sidelines for the most part believing what was officially being promoted
like everyone else.
However, when early Mars probes started being reported as failures and lost,
he says that he had suspicions about that. Then when the late 1990s MGS MOC
data appeared to be in danger of not being publicly released and upon learning
that one of the nation's most famous military intelligence super spooks was
chairing the Mars exploration programs at JPL and a major player, J. P. took
a more active role in fighting with others in a grass roots movement for this
data's release in early year 2000 by specializing in pressuring oversight
congressional leaders.
When that was over and the data publicly released but because of now perceived
trust issues, he started examining satellite images for himself. He quickly
started making independent discoveries of significance that NASA and JPL seemed
to be strangely ignoring. Skipper says that his years of experience as a professional
investigator objectively and methodically gathering and following evidence
served him well in this research process. He confirms that his discoveries
also seemed to include a lot of image tampering obscuring, altering, and outright
hiding evidence and indicating some serious secrecy.
So his online public reporting of his discoveries began early year 2000 initially
with the aid of a good friend Jeffrey McCann. Now many years of experience
later, his discovery evidence record at www.marsanomalyresearch.com
is substantial and popular around the world. He says it is now running about
4–5+ million traffic hits per month and growing. One feature of his
work that instills viewer confidence and loyality is that Skipper's evidence
is always distinguished by being sourced from and well documented in the official
science data from which it is drawn so that it can be readily verified by
viewers.
Also, J. P. has written a book titled "The
Hidden Truth: Water & Life on Mars" which is available
so far only at his website. It makes the case via verifiable visual evidence
drawn right from and supported in NASA and JPL's own official science data
that Mars is not the super dry, hard frozen, desolate world that has been
officially depicted. Rather it is actually a place of more moderate temperatures
as demonstrated by the verifiable visual evidence of surface water in
a liquid unfrozen state, atmospheric water vapor, and vast forests
of biological life.
In other words, whether you agree with Skipper's interpretations of some of
the visual evidence or not, his discovery record provides a real eye opening
visual experience, especially if you are not already familiar with it. Check
it out at the links below.
