My former associate Jeffrey McCann and I are just people like you or anyone else but drawn into this world of space exploration and its attendant secrecy. This happened to us completely independently of each other. Jeffrey and I also share very similar motivations as to the need for integrity in what we do as well as a firm desire that the truth needs to be told and most of the slight of hand business that has been going on for decades in space exploration now needs to fall away as the old tired out of date baggage it long ago became.

Even to this day, Jeffrey and I have never met person to person and deal with each other essentially over the Internet and via e-mail. Jeffrey's solid help and support in the early years was a tremendous benefit to this work and much appreciated. Several year ago, after I became more proficient at the technical aspects of website development and maintenance, Jeffrey moved his focus on to other things in his wide ranging interests and is less involved now but is still a good friend and supporter.

Our involvement in this business was primarily due to our own growing perceptions of the lack of full truth in official public reporting about what is really going on in our space exploration as well as the apparent intentional disinformation distributed to the public designed to actively obfuscate the full truth about the planetary environment we really live in. We found it difficult to accept this state of affairs as a desirable status quo and independently decided to step up to the plate and try in our own way to correct some of this, at least in so far as it is possible for us to do so with our limited resources.

HISTORY

For me, in following along with space exploration as a spectator for decades, the momentum building toward starting into this work began to pick up speed in earnest when it became evident to me that explanations of recent mission to Mars failures were just not credible enough. In fact, it even appeared possible that these missions may have not actually failed at all but may have been diverted into secrecy under the cover of failure stories.

Then there was the apparent refusal at first of the MGS MOC camera systems subcontractor to initially and timely release the MOC imaging in defiance of law even though the fact is that all of this was paid for by the public and is public property. Yet, JPL as the real controlling force in Mars exploration (not NASA) appeared suspiciously to go along with this. This pushed my sense of right and wrong even more.

Then, right on the heels of this came the final straw in the form of a senior NASA official revealing in political infighting that the JPL oversight committee and therefore Mars exploration itself was chaired in secret by a very famous Navy Admiral in military and civilian intelligence. As a long time follower of space exploration, it appeared to me that there may very well be a clear attempt afoot to hijack Mars exploration results entirely into secrecy.

I found this too much, thoroughly unacceptable, and started my own personal campaign to apply pressure to members of Congress. I specialized in working on Senator John McCain because he is the one who chaired at that time the government oversight committee over NASA and JPL and all of space exploration funded by public money and all of this was occurring on his watch. He was back then running for President against George Bush, Jr. and I thought he would be a little more susceptible to public perception of his role in this. I believe that I was being effective but also later learned that others who viewed this business the same way had also been applying pressure all over the place in Congress in a growing grass roots movement.

Who knows what the real answer is but I don't believe it was any accident that on the heels of this steadily growing movement there came about a sudden complete reversal in tactic. The MGS MOC imaging suddenly began to be released paving the way for anomalous evidence revelations like the ones you see here that eventually emerged out of this official science data.

When this task was accomplished, I naively thought to return to my spectator status and normal life. But, within just a few weeks, I found an extraordinary MOC image at a web-site then famous for independent Mars research that incredibly was buried five layers deep behind lesser imaging. It was mistakenly identified as glass "Tubes" there, but the main thing for me was that it clearly appeared for certain to represent life on Mars, at least life of some kind.

I tried very hard to get the people at that web-site galvanized into bringing this image into the forefront on their web-site out from its buried position and also to start bringing it to greater public awareness through the media. However, I was so completely stonewalled in this effort by them that I grew suspicious of their ultimate motives and decided to bring it to the public through the media alone by myself if these people were going to drag their feet and/or refuse to do it. In midyear 2000 I did so giving the original discovery Web site their due.

However, I also quickly encountered universal resistance in the traditional media gateways. I knew well this resistance probably to some extent had its deeper roots in the secrecy insiders and frankly I had even expected it. They clearly already had me identified and blocked me at almost every turn but determined persistence, including into the media in distant corners of the world, finally won out and I started getting it in front of more people. I might add that the original discovery website was quick enough to abandon their foot dragging and hopped on the publicity bandwagon once this discovery really got going with the public.

I learned a lot of lessons in that experience and others since then. I will not bore you with that here but one thing that became clear early on was that many of the technical aspects that I would need to be involved in I would be encountering too much unfamiliarity and ignorance on my part. In other words, I would need some help that I felt I could trust. However, trust is an elusive quality to start with for a professional investigator like me used to seeing a lot of the underbelly of life and I had even less reason by that time to be very trusting.

A couple of years earlier, I had been doing research on RV (Remote Viewing) as a silent non-participant and came across an individual taking formal RV training who was generously sharing his ongoing experiences in a forum. I never made myself known but I was very impressed with his openness, intelligence, courage, research skills, and most of all his integrity with respect to what he was doing and a belief in the value of truth. Even though I completely lost track of him over the next two years, I found him again (I am an investigator) in another forum. There I dropped this work in front of him without identifying myself just to gauge his reaction. His reaction was to immediately jump on board at his own expense and never looked back and of course his name is Jeffrey McCann.

Both of us had very full lives before being drawn into this somewhat shadowy, secret and even risky world of space exploration. It is therefore quite difficult trying to do this very demanding full time work adequately with only a very limited part time effort. For example, my research in those days was done on an agonizingly slow dial-up connection and I'm sure you can appreciate how slow that really is on huge science data graphic files and numbering in the many thousands. Such basic research chews up tremendous amounts of time. Even so, I believe I've still managed to generate more hard visual Mars anomaly water and life evidence drawn directly from the official satellite science data imaging of Mars that is unequaled anywhere else in the world, at least to the best of my knowledge.

I may be painfully slow here but at least the work has so far been fairly effective. However, to be even more effective, as it needs to be, what this work desperately needs is adequate financial backing and skilled supplemental help. However, one of the things learned in the years of doing this is that the secrecy types have penetrated every nook and cranny in the digital, media, government, private and of course financial fields. If this work did get that badly needed help, it would very likely get the secrecy insiders right next to it in the process (disguised as something else) and they could then work on this work from the inside out to corrupt it in the public's eyes. So it has so far been just a case of continuing to plug along mostly alone at my slow pace.

Just in case you may be inclined to not take the discussion here of the secrecy types seriously, let me relate a few things. One thing I leaned was that when I present evidence particularly extraordinary, the website visitor traffic logs are filled with viewers flocking in from government, military, civilian, and black opts intelligence and national security organizations all over this country and the world as well as of course from NASA and JPL, etc. In other words, privately they flock in while publicly this work is referred to as being done by a misguided crack pot or they just pretend that the evidence record doesn't exist at all.

Likewise, when a previous version of the web-site was hacked and briefly brought down, I was told that the culprit powerful enough to over come our defenses was traced back into the DOD (Department of Defense) itself and they were nasty and not happy about being tracked either. Upon closer investigation, it was also subsequently determined that the website had its hits secretly being rerouted from the true host servers in L.A. through Arlington, VA and this was long before the 9/11 tragedy and Homeland Security thing. I'm sure many of you can fathom what that means.

For example, the traffic through the website has had a very abnormally high percentage of hits from just one state, that again being Virginia. After I revealed this fact at the website in commentary #002 on 12/21/2003 complete with documentation, half of this abnormally high traffic percentage switched over to California and then later spread out elsewhere. So now it is split up to help reduce the obvious concentration signature no doubt to prevent me reporting on it again.

So the message for public consumption is that they think this evidence is produced by a crack pot, even if perhaps by a well meaning one, but still just a crackpot and no one takes it seriously even while they privately continue to flock to it. No not much!

MISSION

All this growing evidence record is trying to accomplish is to bring to increased public awareness the hard visual evidence that we are not being told about at official level, evidence that it is all being sourced right from their own official science data. Further, evidence that is fully and completely verifiable in and supported by that official science data. Each evidence report even provides the necessary information to encourage and facilitate the verification process.

Make no mistake about this, while any interpretations and commentary on the evidence I've presented is certainly my opinion, just as it is with NASA, JPL, etc. and not to be confused with well established fact, again just as with NASA, JPL, etc., the core of this work is the significant hard VISUAL discovery evidence record you see here. That alone makes this evidence record entirely unique in the world of truth whistleblowers where there is usually a lot of witness testimony and claims usually extrapolated from only a little bit of actual hard evidence, if any at all.

Just remember, we do not make the hard visual evidence seen here, only present to you what is already there in the official science data as clear and unaltered as we possibly can. As an insight into our level of commitment and why we are doing this, remember that this has been done so far 100% at our expense for years now with no form of financial recovery at all.

Our mission is to raise public awareness of this information that is so far not being shared with you by your official sources. If we can at least get you to thinking some about this, we will consider our work a basic success. If we can actually get some of you to eventually think independently for yourself and outside the box that has so carefully and skillfully been crafted for you in the attempt to herd you into ignorance, then we will consider our work a clear success. If we can actually get you galvanized enough to become involved as we have and start demanding full and thorough independent examination of this evidence and what is really on Mars and elsewhere via the media, the scientific and academic communities, and your government, well then we might just actually have to jump up and down and around for awhile making loud noises!

If you can get there, you'll find a whole new destiny awaiting you. Further, I think you may be surprised to learn that it is already present in your life and influencing your everyday world in ways currently unknown to you. We all need to wake up to this reality as well as the realization that reality itself proceeds in doing its thing whether we are able or willing to perceive it or not. Ignorance is just never a good thing to clutch onto.
