As many of you have no doubt noted, top center on my website front page has
been a link to the signing of a PETITION
directed at the USA President. This petition appeals to the President to "formally
acknowledge an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race."
Petitions like this are part of a new government process accessing the people's
White House and its power base. This petition was created on 9/22/2011 and
to be closed for signatures 30 days later on 10/22/2011. Such petitions require
a minimum of 5,000 signatures of USA citizens only
in order to get a mandatory response. I anticipated that non USA citizens
would still sign the petition causing signature rejects and that there would
then be a risk of the net numbers falling below the 5,000 minimum.
So I encouraged USA citizen only to keep signing the petition long after the
5,000 minimum was reached but before the 10/22/2011 deadline. If the numbers
increased significantly, this would insure that any rejects would not allow
the numbers to fall below the 5,000 minimum killing the petition and enabling
them to not have to pay attention to us. Further, if the numbers could increase
significantly, this would also drive home the point that there are a lot of
us out here who want to be heard on this subject and we are a force to be
reckoned with. In other words, to the President and company, PAY ATTENTION.
The formal signature window closed on 10/22/2011 and I'm pleased to report
that a total of over 11,000 signatures
were recorded in that relatively narrow 30 day time frame or over double
the amount required. The petition actually remained open for new signatures
past the 10/22/2011 closing date. It collected just over 12,000 before it
was finally stopped to by them a few days ago. Of course we can anticipate
that excess signatures will likely not be counted by the President's staff.
No matter, at 11,000 plus signatures within the required 30 day time frame,
and 6000 signatures above the required 5000 minimum, this will insure that
rejects will not be a factor placing the President's office in the position
of having to respond.
However, we need to keep our expectations of the results of this process realistic.
One must keep in mind that a President here in the USA is primarily a politician
and, even though he is Commander in Chief of the military as well as President,
he must deal with many realities and among them is that he is not all powerful
and often must bend to the will of others or run very real political and personal
risks. The secrecy agenda's power is not to be counted lightly.
Sure enough, within the last few days as I write this, those who signed the
petition are beginning to get responses. So far these first few appear to
be coming not from the President but from one Phil Larson who works on space
policy and communications at the White House Office of Science Technology
and Policy. His comments are verbatim here at this LINK
as well as now posted at the petition site link further above. As you can
see and as expected it is essentially a white wash of the whole thing and
a denial of knowledge of any extraterrestrial contact.
As explained above, this isn't surprising at all, at least not to me. It may
also be significant that these responses aren't from the President's own personal
staff operating in his name but from a more distant position in the form of
Phil Larson. The thinking here might be that, if the exterrestrial lid were
to suddenly blow off at some point in the near future, this attempt at distancing
might give the "I really didn't know" President a little plausible
deniability wiggle room. After all, they can't be certain what any "exterrestrials"
might do just as would be true of any living breathing entity with their own
secret agenda.
On the other hand, this nation is suppose to be a democracy, at least of sorts,
and a nation of laws that in theory every individual here no matter their
position can and will ultimately be subject to the Law. In this case, the
simple legality is that any space exploration knowledge gained by this country
tax dollars is owned by the people and not the government or anyone else and
we're legally entitled to it. As I write this, a representative sample of
12,000+ people have spoken and they want any secrecy associated with extraterrestrials
(ET) contact to come to an end and knowledge of that contact to get out in
the open.
In signing this petition, it is our message not only to the President but
to Congress, NASA, JPL, and any power brokers hidden in the shadows who might
wish to deny the public access to information like this. It is a figurative
warning shot across their bow to pay attention to us, that we most definitely
intend to ultimately become involved, and that continued secrecy on the massive
scale it has historically been practiced will cause the risk to them to begin
to climb should we learn of yet more continued duplicity. In other words,
we're flexing our muscle as a warning just for them to see.
So, are you of a disposition that you just can't take any of this seriously?
Well I remind you that 12,000+ of your fellow USA citizens took it seriously
enough to not only sign the petition but also register on the record in doing
so. Are you inclined to just dismiss the bulk of that 12,000+ as us all being
stupid and/or kooks? If so, following is a bit of information and insight
that you may really not want to know about.
As most of you know, about 54 years ago in 1957 the then USSR launched the
low Earth orbit satellite Sputnik as the first of its kind. This caught the
USA with its space exploration pants down and the space race was on not just
via science but also socially, politically,and psychologically. What few likely
know is a fellow named Harold H. Campaigne. Now Dr. Campaigne is a Phd. super
mathematician and one of this world's leading cryptology code breakers. For
example, he was a one of the cryptologist listed as being at Newmanry
(32nd down in the personnel list) which was a section of Bletchley Park the
famous and highly successful British code breaking station during World War
II. He's since worked with the US Navy and Army as well as the NSA. So it
is clear that he is one of the world's best.
It is in his role as a leading cryptologist
at the super secret NSA (National Security Agency) that we are interested
in here. As a result of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against
NSA brought by Arizona lawyer Peter Gerstean, which the NSA lost, it had to
release certain select documents published by the NSA in their own Journal,
some of which dealt with extraterrestrial subject matter. These documents
were cleared for release on 10/21/2004 but, after some resistance, not actually
released for public consumption until 4/21/2011 of this year some months ago.
The document evidence I'm bringing to your attention here is the now unclassified
NSA Technical Journal Vol. XIV, No. 1 titled
"Key To The Extraterrestrial Messages"
by Dr. Campaigne at the link below. Note that this URL address is at the NSA
and not at some independent website and so this is documentation at the official
NSA source.

According to this document, it seems
that there were 29 extraterrestrial messages in all received by the Sputnik
satellite. Now don't get too excited because these were apparently just initial
test type messages. For example, some were apparently mathematical equations
(the universal language) and others were repetitions of a listing of all the
elements in Earth's Periodic table and some were not fully translated. In
other words, the information presented in the NSA Journal document is very
technical and only about how to crack the exterrestrial messages and in theory
isn't about real alien informative communication per say.
Remember as well that this evidence is decades old and we have no information
on what has transpired since then as the FOIA lawsuit was only for the release
of certain select documents likely chosen because they had the provocative
word "extraterrestrial" openly in their NSA Journal title. It should
be anticipated that this is after all the NSA and coded words would likely
be substituted in any other more critical documents having to do with any
real ongoing communications with extraterrestrials as the content.
The point is that this appears to be proof of 1950s contact with extraterrestrials
over 50 years ago and it appears that the NSA is confirming that they exist.
Further, it is long before the existence of SETI allegedly trying to make
extraterrestrial contact.
I must tell you that in my rooting around in this NSA material initially at
a different URL location than the one above, I quickly downloaded everything
as I went. However, within a few minutes the evidence began to change locations
while I was working in it suggesting that they knew that I was there and likely
who I am and clearly regarded this document as sensitive material. The very
next day, all of this material at this initial NSA location was completely
gone further confirming that they were onto me. I expected it because after
all this is about extraterrestrials, this is the super covert NSA, and myself
and my work is no doubt on more than one of their red flag lists.
I believe that the above link will hold for you in accessing the document
because they are legally obligated to provide it under penalty of Law. It
has worked in repeated tests leading up to this posting. However, if it doesn't,
just let me know via email and I'll post the material verbatim here within
this report.
So you perhaps begin to see why I regard this petition to our USA President
as an important meaningful process whether full revelation of exterrestrial
contact is achieved by it or not. If the light of day begins to be a little
focused on these people and this issue, that kind of scrutiny will be interpreted
by them as pressure to at least keep themselves a little straight on matters
like this and pay future attention to us and our message. That can only be
a good thing for you and I out here in the public.
Now those that cannot accept this as real will be encouraged by an alternative
possibility. Consider that this NSA revelation can all be explained away as
the NSA creating this from scratch as a false scenario designed to test and
train other cryptologists in cryptology problem solving within a false scenario
of alien contact trying to force them to think outside the box. Further, I
cannot argue for or against this concept because there is no way to know for
sure one way or the other. On the other hand, even as I cannot clarify this,
remember that neither can detractors.
What I can observe is that at minimum this indicates that some post WWII and
Korean war NSA very serious types now at that time dealing with the Cold War
and the USSR as well as global nuclear war potential are involving their best
cryptologists people in at least thinking (dare I say preparing) in terms
of "extraterrestrials" and thereby thinking outside the box in this
way. That suggests that they were obviously taking the "extraterrestrial"
subject matter very seriously back in the USSR's Sputnik late 1950s or early
1960s. In my opinion, it's a clue that we should be doing the same here in
our time.
Should there be a tendency for some viewers to get mad at those practicing
the secrecy, consider this. The social freedoms we enjoy today and advanced
technology like the Internet, social sites, smart phones, etc. that we're
so involved with came at a price paid by others for the most part unknown
by the newer generations of this time. Those at places like the NSA in the
1950s and 1960s paid some of those prices on a floating along public's behalf
enabling but also shaping the future we now are a part of. We need to never
forget that serious people stepped up when others of us dropped the ball in
favor of shallower concerns.
However, this also resulted in the isolation of those stepping up and a disconnect
from the populations they were suppose to serve. That disconnect vulnerability
in turn could be taken advantage of by those specializing in manipulation
protected by the secrecy. So secrecy has been carried too far and now has
a life of its own dictating actions and revealing itself as a trap for the
unwary. Sadly, these days the depth of the secrecy is regarded as an essentially
unquestioned norm by newer generations on either side that have never known
anything different.
Now leaders in the know today are mostly born into their roles rather than
earning it by deeds and they are afraid that the collapse of too much of this
historic secrecy and the growth of any knowledge of extraterrestrial presence
will freak out the social interaction and smart phone generations and go too
quickly viral. Yet, there can be no growth without decent knowledge that is
in tune with reality, there can be only stagnation and a widening schism between
the few that are knowledgeable and the great many that do not know and too
often do not want to know.
So Mr. President and the NSA leadership as well as other secrecy types in
the know that I'm satisfied will read this, before the schism is too wide
and thereby too permanent and inflexible to mend creating the vulnerability
for collapse, dare to treat this issue seriously and deal with it soon.
Begin by starting to dismantle the knowledge barriers and let the public know
the exterrestrial truth. Trust us, we can and will be able to handle it.
