We recently received comment via the website Guestbook from a viewer in Vienna, Austria wanting me to take a look in the MGS MOC M04-03228 strip for some possible anomalous military evidence he thought he may be seeing but left no way to contact him back. I am familiar with this strip because it is one of the first that I looked at back in the year 2000. In my opinion back then, the anomalous evidence in this strip would have been too difficult for most viewers to properly interpret, so I've not previously reported on it. Now I suspect that many viewers may be a little more experienced with this satellite imagery and therefore more discerning and better able to interpret such evidence. So, here goes.

Back in those early days, I did post a image found HERE of the strange looking object that you see in the above first image along the left vertical edge (cut off by the left edge of the original strip) that I've called "The Blob"but without any speculation as to what it otherwise might be. As you can see when visiting this link, when The Blob image is reduced in size as opposed to the 250% zoom factor represented in the image above, focussed in on tight and enhanced with clarification techniques it certainly looks very strange. In fact, unpleasantly, it looked a lot like some exposed raw moist animal's inner organs, just on a huge scale.

However, now at the above first image's 250% zoom factor and higher and inspecting much closer, this looks too much like multiple different image tampering coatings applied over and hiding densely packed geometric structures that I suspect are buildings. The interior of this anomalous half circle area cropped off by the edge of the strip has an effective occluding dithering pattern applied to the center area while the outside rim area has a sweep tampering oriented inward toward the center giving it this strange rolled and rounded look. In other words, the strange look appears to be entirely an illusion created by the image tampering to hide something in this area and at the same time mimic (poorly) a strange rounded topography form. Therefore it doesn't amount to much of anything at all as real evidence, except that of the existence of the image tampering.

Also seen in this strip are many large "Ridge Forms" a sample of which I've pointed out with arrows and a label in the above first image. However, I am a bit suspicious as to whether these shapes as they appear are real in the topography or another form of illusion image tampering since this kind of tampering is thick all over this strip. Frankly, they just don't look real. Therefore, I'll just leave it at mentioning their presence. Now don't get me wrong, there are real ridge forms looking very much like this in many strips including this one, but long ago I came to the conclusion that some of this type of evidence is tampering mixed with the real thing. I came to this conclusion after seeing some of this type of evidence cross over very rough terrain and even small craters without being affected by and ignoring that terrain's significant irregularities. That clearly suggested to me that it was some kind of artificial overlay.

Of more telling interest in this scene is the tiny small group of buildings pointed out with the arrow to the right of The Blob in this same image. Just immediately adjacent to this small group of buildings above them and to their right is a larger group of larger geometric rectangular structures. Unfortunately, these have been fairly effectively obscured by over saturating them with a light highly reflective color. The two groups of structures are actually one group but the tiny portion represented by the smaller group escaped the color over saturation tampering so we can seem them a little better. This is probably because of these particular building's physically smaller size with the assumption by the automated tampering software that distance resolution tampering alone would be sufficient to hide them. This type of artificial structure evidence may be very small but it is also fairly clear, once pointed out, and significant as evidence.

The above second image represents one of my first liquid surface water discoveries. I held back reporting on it all this time, not to save it for a better reporting impact event like the book, but because this body of water is so clear and so shallow with such a still surface that it is easy to confuse with a simple dry depression area framed by higher ground around it making it, in my opinion, difficult for the average viewer to interpret and recognize.

However, it is what appears to be higher ground around and framing this depression area that is the key to understanding this site. Like the "Ridge Forms" that are so plentiful around on the surface of Mars, note the higher ground around and framing the perimeter of this particular water site and the appearance of short eroded land forms all with their erosion channels oriented in the same direction. Unfortunately, most of this is illusion created image tampering covering something there and intentionally creating this false look of naturally eroded land forms. Closer examination not imaged here because of the poor resolution of JPEG images necessary for Web presentations indicates tiny rectangular structures oriented in lines sticking out of this eroded land form tampering. Accordingly, I suspect these to be lines of buildings the tampering is covering.

Those familiar with my reports, may remember that the presence of "Ridge Forms" often represents shallow water flowing down a slope, even if too distant for the water itself to be directly seen. Those unfamiliar with interpreting this Ridge Form type of evidence should review my report #001 found HERE and report #018 found HERE to come up to speed on this. I have often suspected the Ridge Forms in many cases to be lines of buildings going down the slopes but seen too distantly with too much intervening tampering obscuring their true shapes. Likewise, here I believe the tampering has created a slightly different eroded land form look but it is essentially for the same thing and for the same purpose.

The clue is that this terrain isn't just generally rough, difficult to discern because of the relatively straight down view is that it is forming natural irregular terrain layers in steps moving down from slightly higher to lower elevations. The eroded land forms illusion look all oriented in the same one direction indicate the unseen but likely shallow water flow direction on the edges that separate levels. This body of water pointed out here is in the center area of one of these step levels and forming a broad shallow water catch system. By the way, the depression to the immediate right of the water catch system is heavily treated with image tampering applications obscuring something there. Again, close inspection indicates that it appears to be tiny geometric rectangular structures sticking out of the tampering flaw areas in bits and pieces.

The above third image represents the best of the civilization evidence (such as it is) available from this strip in the form of many vertically tall rectangular structures that clearly speak of artificiality. Here they are mostly represented by what looks at first glance like many skinny short vertical spikes until you examine much closer and see that these are actually many rectangular structures.

They occur in the foreground, mid-ground, and background sweeping in a wide area to the left and right. All areas have been subjected to various forms of fairly heavy resolution and direct application image tampering treatments including layers of alternating colors trying to break up this city scene and prevent it from visually appearing as a single unit and thereby drawing attention to itself. Most of the largest tallest structures are in the background and they have received the heaviest and I might add the most obvious sweep type cover tampering applications. Even so, the tops of many rectangular structures can still be clearly seen sticking out of this very heavy tampering but still distorted by less obvious resolution tampering.

You have to get very close to the screen and look very carefully to see this evidence. I often see a great deal of this type of tiny civilization evidence at the edge of the poor resolution provided and the great bulk of it I simply do not report on because, although I see it fairly clearly, I suspect that too many viewers will be unable and/or unwilling to go to the trouble of seeing this tiny size heavily obscured evidence for what it really is and then there are the resolution limitations of the lesser quality JPEG compression imaging unavoidable for Web presentation on top of that. However, as in this situation, on a few occasions I do present this type of evidence, if for no other reason than to bring up viewer general awareness of what one needs to be looking for size scale wise and increase understanding of the image tampering itself.

The above fourth image is the same general scene represented in the third image but now flipped to provide a view from the opposite direction. Most of the scene is heavily obscured with a great variety of image tampering but take special note of the spots pointed out with the arrows and text labels and look very close at them trying to separate the tiny but tall rectangular objects. Also, at the bottom of the image or foreground, you can see fairly clearly how the very heavily done sweep tampering coatings have not completely covered up every bit of the rectangular structures peaking out of it. Note also that some structures are light color while others are dark color. This is typical and characteristic of a lot of geometric rectangular structure evidence on Mars.

Just in case any might want to complain that too much zoom has resulted in pixelization creating the tiny geometric forms you see here, I draw your attention to the smooth sweep tampering areas in this image. In these areas you will see that no such "pixelization" problem is in evidence and in some places it is right up against the tall vertical geometric structure evidence. Pixelization due to too much zoom factor would demonstrate itself as a universal problem over the entire image and all of its parts and the fact that this is not happening here clearly demonstrates that the geometric rectangular objects you are seeing are true ground level detail and most definitely not imaging defects such as over pixelization.

Aren't you thrilled at the thought that all this tampering is what your tax dollars paid for? In other words, we're good enough to collect massive amounts of money from to pay for and enable science gathering information on Mars but no need for the secrecy insiders to be actually inconvenienced with sharing any truth or knowledge gained from that information with the people who paid for it and chancing actual input from us. Do you see anything wrong with that picture? Do you want to continue to be treated like a small child on a you don't need to know basis and just a cash register with no other value? One reason is that they think you can't handle the truth and also don't really want to know. Are they right?

Well, to the gentleman from Vienna in Austria, I'm sorry that I couldn't come up with the kind of bigger and better evidence that you thought you might be seeing in this strip but be consoled that there is indeed solid evidence of water and life here in this locale. It is just that it is very distantly seen, tiny, and heavily obscured with much image tampering.

SUMMARY POINTS

(1) Liquid surface water is in evidence in this strip, even though not easy to interpret.

(2) Liquid surface water indicates milder temperatures & undermines official positions on Mars.

(3) Much geometric rectangular structure evidence in this strip clearly points to artificiality.

(4) The nature of the artificiality evidence clearly points to the presence of life & civilization.

(5) The heavy handed sweep type tampering should be self evident to most viewers.

(6) The tampering itself is evidence pointing to life as the only thing worthy of covering up.

Remember that the basics of The Blob form and water depression visuals can be seen fairly well even though smaller in the official M04-03228 strip but the tiny rectangular structure evidence will require graphics software to zoom in and clarify.
